Grilled Steak and Broccoli

Ingredients:
- 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 3 oz sirloin steak
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 oz broccolini
- ⅓ cup canned cannellini beans, rinsed
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 2 tbsp shaved Parmesan
- Lemon juice (used in instructions; approximately 1 tbsp)
Directions:
Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season steak with garlic powder, salt, and pepper and drizzle with ½ tsp olive oil.
Grill steak for 3–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness. Transfer to a plate and let rest.
Toss broccolini with ½ tsp olive oil and grill until crisp-tender and lightly charred, about 3–4 minutes, turning once or twice.
In a medium bowl, combine cannellini beans, celery, lemon juice, and remaining 1 tsp olive oil. Season to taste and top with shaved Parmesan.
Serve steak alongside broccolini and the cannellini bean salad.
