This gut-nurturing green smoothie is a simple, nutrient-dense way to start your day with ingredients that support digestion, help keep you full, energized, and balanced. The combination of leafy greens, healthy fats, and gentle gut-supportive add-ins makes it as functional as it is refreshing.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup unsweetened plain coconut or Greek yogurt
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed or chia seeds
  • ½ tsp psyllium husk
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger

Directions:

  • BLEND protein powder, almond milk (or milk of choice), unsweetened plain coconut or Greek yogurt, ½ frozen banana, flaxseed or chia seeds, psyllium husk, spinach, and fresh grated ginger until smooth.
  • POUR into a glass and enjoy.
