This simple shrimp stir-fry comes together quickly with frozen stir-fry vegetables, savory tamari, and toasted sesame seeds. It’s an easy, protein-rich meal with plenty of vegetables and minimal prep.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 4 oz peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 tbsp low-sodium tamari
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Add shrimp to skillet and stir for 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir-fry until hot, about 3 minutes.
  3. Drizzle with tamari and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
