Ingredients:
- ½ cup cooked bulgur wheat
- ⅓ cup cooked lentils
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp finely chopped cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
